New Telehealth technology to support enhanced patients’ results will control infectious diseases (Siddiqui et al., 2017). For example, healthcare providers will use telehealth appointments to help stop the spread of flu, COVID-19, and other infectious illnesses to prescreen clients for probable infectious diseases. Less contact with other individuals’ germs will help everybody, particularly the pregnant, the chronically ill, elderly or the immunocompromised. The technology in relation to organizational effectiveness will help lower the healthcare costs, drive up the revenue and efficiency, afford clients ideal access to healthcare-based services making the clients stay in the organization. For safety, Telehealth will allow an increase in patient adherence to care, ensure access to care is enhanced, enable providers to network with others, and monitor patient safety more closely in homes and living facilities.

It falls within the category of patient experience outcome measure. PROMs “assess patient’s involvement and perception of the healthcare. The information may provide a more accurate patient satisfaction gauge and real-time data for the local service enhancement and enable faster response to the identified issues. Another outcome measure is the effectiveness of care. This outcome measure evaluates two things which are compliance with the best practice care procedures and achieved outcomes.

The first step is to establish a strategy and the set goals; secondly, gather a cross-functional team; thirdly, check necessary protocols, rules, and reimbursement and fourth step partnering with the consistent technology firms. The fifth step may include designing a plan to increase the plans uptake, the sixth step to completely adapt and execute technology, the seventh step to encourage the feedback from staff and patients and finally define the performance frequently against the goals and act accordingly. The timeline for effective deployment can be estimated to be approximately two years.
I can train the staff by first scheduling the training sessions with vendors, gathering and issuing FAQs to reference, planning for a mock system assessment, sending the team on the site visits, providing additional training chances, and encouraging patience.
