Professional Communication and Team Collaboration
From the article professional communication and collaboration, it is evident that the current health care system requires a better delivery process involving various interfaces and patient handoffs. Therefore, it is accurate to state that professional communication acts to help solve issues that might arise in the middle of broken communication and thus affecting the overall patient outcome (O’Daniel, 2018). For instance, when a patient is admitted to the hospital, it is accurate to state that they interact with more than 20 employees. In case of wrong communication, cases of medical errors might arise. To enhance an effective clinical practice, the accuracy level among the facilities members needs to be improved, thus eliminating instances of unwanted errors.
The article engages in cognitive psychometric testing to critically analyses these issues, which focuses on comprehensive testing that looks into interprofessional collaboration and research in practice (Huber, 2022). In the long run, the test strengthens the evidence of reliability and validity of these survey instruments.
