Module 7.2: Implementation Plan
This week you will turn in your finalized implementation and analysis tools you will be using for your DNP Project. You will provide a 250-500 word academic essay outlining and explaining your finalized tools. Include all data collection tool(s), codebook(s), and data analysis tools created for the project’s implementation phase as appendices/tables.

Implementation Plan 7.2
A statistical package for social science (SPSS) will be used to analyze the collected data, as this tool excels at analyzing qualitative statistical data. Using the research analysis tool, it will be possible to see how healthcare workers and the general public view nurse sign language training as a means of bridging the language divide between them and their deaf patients (Ong & Puteh, 2017). First, all data will be sorted by subject, and each of them received a unique identifier. Focus groups and interviews, as well as field observations, will be used to examine the data. The data analysis phase will be guided and driven by Ricoeur’s approach to data interpretation and analysis. Three primary steps will be included in a thorough data analysis (Russo, 2021). The nave reading of the interview transcripts will be the first stage in identifying the issue or subject. The raw data will be analyzed structurally in the second step. The research questions and their answers will be included in the structural analysis of what each subject signifies and which issue it represents. Finally, critical thinking and decision-making will take place in the third step (Hudson, Hunter, & Peckham, 2019). The data analytics team for the project will select where and how the data fits into the policy. The evidence obtained by the team will be deactivated from the system, and the authority will remain with the project committee, which will submit the data to the education agency for curriculum construction, for privacy and confidentiality reasons. After three months of verification, the committee will delete the data, leaving only the evaluated findings in the possession of the organization. At least 70% of participants must agree that public policy on nursing education should be adopted in order for the implementation phase to be declared a success.
