Using the position you developed a recruiting strategy for in Week 2, now define an interview strategy. This strategy must include the following:
The type of interview(s) you will conduct, explaining the reason for your selected type(s) of interviews, and what point in the interview process you will utilize the interview type(s). You must choose at least three types of interviews for this assignment (video, phone, meal, etc).
For each type of interview you select, develop a list of a minimum of five (5) relevant questions you will ask (these must solicit more than Yes/No responses). Explain why you selected the specific questions using what you have learned about the job and material from the text. Use a variety of questions that confirm information about the candidate, explore behaviors and situations, or require the candidate to demonstrate a skill.
Draft a paper like an HR tool that lays out your interview strategy in a sequential format that could serve as a guide to someone who might have to pick it up and implement it if you were not able to do the interview(s). Please make sure to include the title of the role you are interviewing for.
