Art, literature, drama. and music are expressions of human creativity, and taking part in some form of artistic activity, either as reader or viewer, is part of what makes us human.

Art can take different forms. They inform different messages based on the artist’s intention. Here, we are going to review a visual art used to inform and promote products; advertisements. Advertisements are one of the most efficient ways companies disseminate information about their products to the public. They play a significant role because they must deeply resonate with the target audience or society’s values, cultures, and beliefs. The advertisement’s message is important because it demonstrates how individuals live, their perception of their needs, and how they think about themselves in connection to how the need relates to the product. The advertisement incorporates drama and music to make the artistic piece more engaging. We are going to examine an advertisement of Johnson & Johnson’s and their role in promoting health. The advertisement features various ailments that individuals have and Johnson & Johnson’s commitment to creating a world of wellness. Analysis of Johnson and Johnson’s promotion demonstrates aspects of contemporary American culture and explores individuals’ ways of life.

The artist is Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical company. The work is a video advertisement titled “Welcome to a World of Well”, and was completed on 19 October 2021 (Link- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-DDHaxYLgA). The advertisement starts by indicating who Johnson and Johnson are and what they do. The introduction tells the audience more about the company. Further, the ad provides an overview of some of the ailments or healthcare challenges people have and the prospects of curing them through a better future. The ad ends by asserting that they use the company to make the world better in terms of health (Johnson & Johnson, 2021). The ad indicates the company’s commitment to solving the world’s toughest health challenges, including the current pandemic.

Art, drama, music, and literature are expressions of human activity, and taking part in reading or viewing improves social interaction. These are the elements that make us human. The artistic piece demonstrates a visual depiction of the role of Johnson & Johnson in improving the lives of people around the world. The pharmaceutical firm is dedicated to nurturing and sustaining the people’s health by providing medical solutions to healthcare systems. The work was meant to inform people about providing quality and affordable healthcare. It is a form of art that aims at educating people on the need to maintain healthy lifestyles to attain physical and psychosocial benefits. Drama and literature have influenced the way I perceive human interactions. They have helped me realize the role of good communication in representing ideas.

I believe this class will grant me the necessary tools needed to identify different forms of art works and assert their influence on the lives of the audience. In this case, viewers were able to interact with the message of Johnson & Johnson by becoming aware of their responsibility in improving people’s lives. Learning about the work will help me come up with visual demonstrations that will raise awareness of products and services in the healthcare system. It will also allow me to form long-term relationships with clients through medical communication. Through the piece, viewers get a sense of how the firm aims to bring science and sight to life through world-class innovation and patient experiences. Johnson & Johnson serves a world of culturally diverse citizens with a tenured leadership team, including top clinicians and scientists. They continue to push the frontier of healthcare innovation by making different products such as medicines, medical equipment, and consumer packaged products.

Johnson & Johnson advertisement is about how the company wishes to ensure a better society with improved health. The scenes in the video demonstrate the importance of family connection and good health. From the video, the audience can understand Americans’ view of health, advancement in technology, human emotions, and nature and surroundings. The advertisement has effectively indicated that it can create a world of wellness.
